Basic Information
| Biography: | My name is Christian Barajas and I am a Software Engineer by day and a passionate disc golfer every other hour of the day. I grew up playing baseball my whole life and played soccer at the collegiate club level for a couple of years. I first discovered disc golf in 2021 and I was very bad at first, burning every throw into the ground. Once a friend of mine gave me a Lone Star Mad Cat, things just started clicking for me. I started out the game throwing exclusively forehand and now I am polishing my backhand to become an all around player. I love the game of disc golf and especially love getting out there and throwing with my friends. Getting better everyday and seeing improvement in my game is what makes the sport addicting. I hope that one day I can compete at the professional level while spreading the love of disc golf as a sport and being a role model for younger athletes to strive for an education while having disc golf still being a big part of their lives if they so choose. The dream is to one day be sponsored, but if that never happens I still see myself competing at the highest level and earning my place.
