| Biography: | About Me: I am a 22 year old male from Moline, Illinois (aka Quad Cities), and I have been playing disc golf since I got my driver's license when I was 16. Since my first time, it has been full speed ahead, and I have been playing professionally since 2020. Since then, I have been playing mainly in the mid-west, playing everything from C-tiers to DGPT Elite+ events. This past summer, I did my first mini-tour during my summer break from college, and I played A-tiers around the mid-west along with 3 DGPT events. During this mini-tour, I also started making disc related social media content. School: Currently, I am in my first and last year as a graduate student at Illinois State University. In my Junior year at ISU, 4 others and myself started the collegiate disc golf team, and I was the president for the first 2 years. In our first year, we took 5th at Nationals after having the lead going into last day, and I took 3rd individually. In our second year, we took another top 10 at nationals. Finally, this year we have already secured our spot at the College Disc Golf National Championship, and are currently ranked #3. This will be my final year at college, and I will finish my business analytics certificate in May 2024. Tournament Director: In the past couple years, I feel I have found one of my paths in disc golf as a tournament director. I started initially by running fundraiser tournaments for our college team, and now I will run tournaments for our club and personally. In the past year, a couple Illinois based retailers have asked me to run tournaments for them, and they have all asked me to come back as well. I have ran 6 tournaments so far, with 2 B-tiers currently planned in the Spring. This is something I plan on getting into a lot more in the Illinois area. | ||||||||||||||||
